If an incorrect amount has been charged or debited from your account (e.g., double billing or incorrect amount), you are eligible for a refund.

In accordance with applicable laws, you may be entitled to a refund if you exercise your right of withdrawal within a certain period (usually 14 days after the initial purchase or subscription). This right applies only if you have not started using the services or digital content.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refund requests will be denied in the following situations:

  • You have used the application or accessed a significant portion of the services after purchase.
  • The issue is related to an unstable or inadequate Internet connection on your part.
  • You forgot to disable the automatic renewal of your subscription before the billing date.

Refund Method

Refunds will only be made via the payment method you used at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We are not responsible for delays attributable to your financial institution.
