Refunds are only possible if the service could not be provided due to technical reasons attributable to the provider.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the following address:

Each request will be reviewed individually and carefully. The decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of the provider.
If approved, the refund will be processed and issued within 14 working days.
